He earned his medical degree from the Western University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific (COMP) in Pomona, California. 

 

Following graduation, Dr. Eshaghian completed his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine at Oklahoma State University Medical Center (OSU Medicine) in Tulsa. After residency training, he spent two years practicing inpatient medicine as a Gastroenterology fellow at OSU Medicine, serving as chief fellow in his final year of training.

 

Dr. Eshaghian practices general gastroenterology and hepatology, particularly in colorectal cancer screening, reflux disease, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).

 

His desire to serve his hometown brought him back to Southern California after completing medical training.

 

In his spare time, Dr. Eshaghian enjoys watching sports, cycling, European history, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends. He is also fluent in Farsi.
